The Gloucestershire Local Enterprise Partnership was formally launched at GE Aviation in Bishops Cleeve on midsummer’s day. Chair, Diane Savory, and Chief Executive David Owen presented on the resources, ambitions and targets of the new LEP for Gloucestershire to an audience of 150 leading business people in Gloucestershire. Gloucestershire County Council Leader, Mark Hawthorne presented on the scope and ambitions of the County Councils’ investment in the local economy.

We provided audio visual support on the day, made sure the presentations looked great, and were on cue!

A simple problem, you can’t attend a prearranged important meeting – the solution – a self-running PowerPoint presentation, perfectly timed to a pre-recorded voiceover.

The presenter, a leading Heath Care Professional, could not attended meeting due to urgent hospital treatment. Knowing deadline was tight and she was unavailable to pre-record the speech to video, how could we help?

We took the original draft PowerPoint and script, re-visualised the content and recorded a voiceover, this was synced to the visuals that we had to source and photographs we had shot. Was the presentation successful? ‘Yes’ and the presentation we produced has become a useful training tool too.

“health4schools” is funded by Cheltenham-based Kraft Foods and supported by partners including Gloucestershire County Council and Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust. We helped them stage their annual celebration event in which 22 schools displayed vegetables they had grown; healthy recipes they had designed and cooked, as well as active play ideas they have put in place. Plus there was presentation for key stakeholders.
