Hotel

A room has been booked on your behalf at the Movenpick Airport Hotel for one night on the 1st March 2010 as part of our group booking.

The rate for one night is 197.50 CHF including all taxes plus breakfast at 33.00 CHF.

Arriving for the Meeting

The meeting will take place at the Movenpick Airport Hotel and is scheduled to start on Monday 1st March at 11.00am (CET).

Please register for the meeting at the Registration Desk from 10:00am which is located outside the “Zurich” meeting room. Coffee will be available from 10:00am

The meeting will close on Tuesday 2nd March at approximately 4:30pm.

Getting to the meeting

The Movenpick Airport Hotel is located just 6 minutes away from Zurich Airport

Tram No. 10: Directions to the tram are signposted in the arrivals hall. If you decide to use the tram you will need XX CHF to purchase an automated ticket. Code XXXX

Movenpick shuttle bus – The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Directions to the Shuttle buses are signposted in the arrivals hall.
